Applying knowledge and expertise to restore your pelvic health and optimise your well-being

Jasmine Lewis – BSc Hons Physiotherapy MCSP MHCPC Specialist Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Health Physiotherapist

Jasmine is a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience. In addition to her pelvic health specialisation, she has also worked extensively as a senior musculoskeletal physiotherapist, based in NHS, public and private sector organisations.

In 2010, following the birth of her son, she further developed her interest in pelvic health and began post-graduate specialist training in women’s health, pelvic health, peri-natal care and clinical Pilates.

In 2012 Jasmine founded Sussex Pelvic Health, a specialist pelvic health and physiotherapy and Pilates service, providing treatment at The Montefiore Hospital and various other settings in Sussex.

For several years, alongside her private work, Jasmine has held an NHS post in hospital-based pelvic, obstetric and gynaecological physiotherapy. In this role she has worked alongside other specialist physiotherapists, midwives and consultants in obstetric
care, pelvic girdle pain management, care of gynaecology patients, and men’s pelvic health.

For the past twelve years Jasmine has been a clinical Pilates instructor, and has had specialist training in peri- natal Pilates. She is also a qualified Fitback & Bumps instructor.

Jasmine is passionate about bringing together her skills, knowledge and experience to help you restore and optimise your pelvic health and overall well-being.
